By accessing or using Monet OS (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Monet OS.

2. Description of Services

Monet OS provides:

  • •Cash flow acceleration services (invoice factoring)
  • •Receivables recovery and collection services
  • •Invoice management and tracking tools
  • •Financial analytics and reporting
  • •Integration with accounting platforms
  • •AI-powered credit scoring and risk assessment

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • •Be a registered business entity in the UAE or authorized jurisdiction
  • •Have a valid trade license and commercial registration
  • •Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • •Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • •Have the authority to bind your organization to these terms

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • •All activities that occur under your account
  • •Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • •Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Invoice Submission

When submitting invoices for acceleration or recovery, you represent and warrant that:

  • •The invoices are genuine and accurately represent goods/services provided
  • •You have the legal right to assign or factor the invoices
  • •The invoices are not subject to any disputes or offsets
  • •The debtor information provided is accurate and current
  • •You have not previously assigned or sold the same invoices

6. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure includes:

  • •Cash acceleration fee: 3% of invoice value
  • •Recovery success fee: 15% of recovered amount
  • •No fees for unsuccessful recovery attempts
  • •Additional fees may apply for legal escalation
  • •All fees are displayed transparently before confirmation

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Monet OS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months
  • •We do not guarantee successful recovery of any receivables
  • •We are not responsible for debtor insolvency or non-payment
  • •Service availability is provided on an "as-is" basis

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monet OS, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain due, and certain provisions of these terms will survive.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Services are subject to applicable laws, regulatory approvals, and client eligibility. Certain services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Clients should obtain independent legal, financial, tax, and regulatory advice before engaging with any Monet Group entity.
